Rewolf Software.
I would not be where I am today without their help.  Thanks for taking me in and training me for 3 grueling years :).
Rewolf Software.
Some Items in my level are from their recently-released Gunman Chronicles game.
Environment map (the sky).
All of the custom sounds, save the platform/door sounds and (obviously) the normal TFC sounds, are from Gunman.
The kata anchors that decorate the front of each fortress are originally Herb Flower's design.
A very small assortment of textures were used, although I tried to stick with the textures from Valve's Team Fortress.
Models and sprites:

Michael Devin
His original map entitled Turnon gave me the tools I needed to see an idea I had come to fruition.
The most important model is from him, the repdoor.mdl.
Michael was really cool and encouraged me to use his ideas in my level.  He even offered to send me the original rmf file.  Whadda guy.
Neil Manke.
Provided some indirect inspiration with his They Hunger epsiodes.  I tried to use his trees but later decided against it.
My playtesters.
Jeff Mangiofico, my roomate.  He is a crazy PC gamer and loves to play any game he can get his hands on.  All I ever play are action games like Quake, Quake2, Doom(x), Unreal, UT, Wheel of Time, etc.
Lee Ake, an old friend who is a genious and doesn't realize it.  He has playtested the map the most.   He has also provided me with numerous mapping ideas over the years when I might experience mapper's block.  He is currently a beginning mapper using Worldcraft.
Christian Flemming (the 5th-grade son of a friend of mine)
Eric Ennis, my best friend, who really doesn't like computers but really enjoyed killing me a few times while helping me playtest the map via lan as a heavy weapons guy.
Benjamin, my newest roomate, to whom the world of computer gaming is relatively new.
